Getting giclée (gee clay) reproduction prints of your artwork is as easy as 1-2-3-4 when you are working with Inkdrop Arthaus.

With 4 simple steps you will have the highest quality reproduction prints of your originals.

Step 1 - The Meeting

The first step to art reproduction is to bring your artwork in or give us a call so we can discuss your needs, wants and expectations.

Step 2 - Digital Photo Captures

Don't ever compromise on this crucial step in replicating your art. When photographing art for reproductions we shoot the highest resolution file we can. We use an all digital workflow employing the latest photographic copy equipment. Our first generation digital captures have stunning accuracy which is how we can produce reproductions with spot-on color, tone and detail. We also include FREE file archiving!

Step 3 - Proofing

Proofing is where we take the file we just shot, size it, do some color balancing and print test strips on the substrate you choose. Send for a FREE paper swatch booklet. When we feel we have it right we print an 8x10ish sized proof for you to look at. Step 3 is the most time consuming because of our attention to detail and concern for matching the original as best we can. Turnaround time will depend on how many originals are brought in per order.

Step 4 - Printing Your Order

We can print your images on many different substrates. Usually watercolor painters print on watercolor but other papers work just as well. We have available: Watercolor, Artist Rag, Canvas, Enhanced Matte, Polypropylene, Vinyl, Wall Paper, Fabrics, etc. Prices are based on square footage of the image printed. Should you decide to make limited edition reproductions of your art Inkdrop will provide, for free, certificates of authenticity for each print to give to the purchaser for greater value.
